Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 10 – 15 working days, and the credit will automatically be issued by check or credit card, based on the original payment method. If the equipment is returned damaged (beyond normal wear and tear of short-term use), Good Review Service reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.
